One medium/large sized bulb. Wonderful Turban garlic has 6-8 beautiful plump cloves. Cook for a classic flavor, or eat raw in hummus, salads or on sliced tomtoes. Stores to December. (Stays firm for a long time but starts to sprout in November) When planting note that the harvest for Turban garlic is 2-3 weeks before other garlics. *These are large enough to use for planting garlic. Be sure to add the planting instructions to your cart if you plan to plant them. *Note: all garlic for planting must be soaked with a hot water treatment first due to some disease issues at our farm.
