One rgular (large) size bulb. Gorgeous purple variety. Smooth, garlicky flavor. This garlic is very versatile for cooking or eating raw. A good choice for a flavorful stir-fry, and a pleasant garlic for eating raw in hummus or gazpacho. Try mashed with avocado and olive oil. Hardneck with 8-12 cloves. Will store through December or longer. *These are large enough to use for planting garlic.
